MafrexAI - Intelligent Hospitality Platform

Terms

Terms of Service

These terms describe the baseline responsibilities for using MafrexAI as a hospitality software platform. They are intentionally practical for early tenant onboarding.

The service

MafrexAI provides hospitality software for hotel operations, public booking pages, room management, payment tracking, check-in workflows, staff tools, and AI-assisted guest service.

The platform is provided to hotels and hospitality operators. Guests may interact with hotel public pages and booking flows powered by MafrexAI.

Hotel responsibilities

Hotels are responsible for the accuracy of room prices, availability, policies, public page content, guest service decisions, refunds, cancellations, and local regulatory compliance.

Hotels must only upload content they have rights to use and must keep staff access limited to authorized personnel.

Pricing and payments

MafrexAI software subscription pricing is separate from hotel room payments and may be shown in US dollars.

Hotel room rates, guest bookings, revenue, and Paystack room payment flows are handled in Nigerian naira unless a specific tenant agreement says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, upload harmful files, publish misleading content, or use MafrexAI for unlawful activity.

We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, other tenants, guests, payment flows, or platform security.

Limitations

MafrexAI aims to provide reliable operating software, but hotels should maintain appropriate operational backups and manual fallback processes for guest service continuity.

AI-assisted responses should be reviewed and configured by the hotel. Hotels remain responsible for commitments made to guests through their staff, policies, and public content.
