On the Free plan, MafrexAI charges a platform fee on each online payment made through your connected Paystack account, capped per payment - deposits and instalments are separate payments. Growth and Scale have no percentage fee: you pay only the monthly price. Paystack's own processing fee is separate on every plan. Payments you record manually (cash or transfer) are not charged unless your Free account is approved for manual settlement, where the fee is invoiced instead. Every plan covers one business location, and Growth and Scale are billed monthly.
When does Growth pay for itself?
Free has no monthly price but charges 2.5% on each online payment (capped at ₦5,000 per payment). Growth is a flat ₦35,000 a month with no percentage fee. Once your online payments pass about ₦1,400,000 a month, Growth costs you less.
Example: a 20-room hotel taking ₦4,500,000 a month in online bookings of ₦50,000 each pays about ₦112,500 in fees on Free, against ₦35,000 on Growth. Very large single payments hit the per-payment cap, which lowers the Free fee, so the exact point varies.

One ticket per order. Paystack's charge is worked out on the whole amount the buyer pays.

If an event is cancelled, buyers get the ticket price back. The service fee isn't refunded.
